Shipping and refunds

Currently we offer Normal delivery service but please be aware of unavoidable delays due to the covid-19 situation that may affect the delivery of your orders.

Orders placed in India are fulfilled by DTDC and international orders will reach you via DHL.

Shipping charges


Domestic orders: Free of charge (anywhere in India)

International orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Duties & taxes for international orders

Custom duties & taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.

Shipping of products

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Gurgaon. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Non-availability on delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to non-availability on delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfilment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.

Modes of payment

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, visa & American express) and also provide net banking options across major banks, UPI & wallets.

Cash on delivery (cod) facility is not available at the moment.

For all international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including mastercard, visa & american express).

ATHAVIS digital gift cards (terms & conditions)

Not refundable or redeemable in cash/ credit.

Cannot be replaced if the gift card code is lost/ deleted by the receiver. 

Can only be redeemed multiple times until the gift card value has exhausted.

If the merchandise value is higher than the gift card value, the difference in amount is payable by the redeemer to yam during check-out.

In cases where the merchandise redeemed is of value lower than the gift card value, the balance remains in the gift card and can be redeemed later.

Yes, we are proud to say that all our fabrics are 100 percent hand loom natural fabrics. We source all our fabrics from Artisan weavers from different states of India.

The handloom experience (soft, comfortable and durable) is due to the human handling of the yarn in the weaving process. As a result, yarn and the fabric are much less stressed and damaged. Hand woven cotton is known for its breathability as compared to mill made cotton. This implies it allows more air penetration making it cooler, softer and more absorbent. It keeps you cooler in summers and warm in winters.

Our garments are pre-shrunk, so you need not worry about shrinkage.

Since these garments are handlooms therefore love them with the right washcare.
We recommend , "DRY CLEAN ONLY" So, that they can last timelessly.

Being a sustainable brand, all our orders are made to orders and takes 5-7 business days to be processed with in India.
International deliveries Can take upto 2-3 weeks , some areas may take longer depending on customs.
